Tuition Policies

Tuition is due the 1st of each month through Automatic Payment ONLY Tuition is a yearly fee divided into 10 monthly installments for your convenience, based on two months in advance Sept through June, not by the class or month. To register & hold a space, 1st month and last month (Sept & June payment) is due in full at the time of registration. If at any time tuition is not paid, classes cannot be attended. You are financially responsible for the entire season’s tuition. If classes cannot be continued, you must notify the studio in writing to release tuition obligation. The commitment will stop 30 days after the written notice is received in the office. If you change a class, there will be a $10.00 charge. No show for 3 weeks without notice will result in dismissal. No adjustments will be made for classes missed. Tuition is not refundable or transferable. The 5th lesson occurring in some months is considered a make-up for holidays when closed. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. Decline payment fee is 15.00.
