New Castle Dance & Music Academy's music program offers a multitude of benefits, including
creative expression, academic performance, and emotional learning. Our quality instructors will foster students to successfully become the musician they wish to become.

NCDMA offers 30-minute private lessons with the instrument of choice.
Accepting students ages 6 to adult. (Instrument start ages vary)

Sessions
NCDMA offers two sessions.
The fall session runs from September to June closing out the season with an annual spring concert.

The summer session is 6 weeks long and offers the opportunity to try a new instrument or continue educating and mastering your craft.
Session's dates run consecutive with the NCDMA dance schedule.

Make-up lesson policy
Lessons missed by students (planned or not) are offered a group make up lesson, which will be scheduled once per month, as needed.
Students must sign up ahead of time.
Lessons
Each lesson meets once per week for 30 minutes. The music instructors will assist families with required materials such as instruments and workbooks.
New students are encouraged to schedule a trial lesson prior to enrollments. The trial lessons are $34 and are to be paid in advance.

It is imperative for families to attend class in a timely manner. Any student late 15 minutes or more, forfeits the lesson. Makeup times are not obligated by the instructor for student lateness.

Costs
Music lesson tuition is $1340 for the fall season. This cost is broken down into to 10 equal payments (Sept-June) at $134 per month. In addition, there is an annual $40 registration fee.
Monthly payments are collected by auto payments only.
​
NCDMA students take advantage of dance and music discounts.
